I used samples of the V-Pro for about a month and when the time came to order new balls for our group play, there was a general consensus the balls performed well in play. Key sales point was the consistency in bounce and sustained roundness of the balls. A key competitor has a replacement policy for when they break but not for when they get out of round (significant wobbling when older balls are rolled on the ground) and it turns out, this is a significant issue and affects the games of players at all levels.

While playing PB in the morning of Jan 19, I had three PB ball failures from the recent purchase. The VPro cracked about 1" to 2" in what seems to be the same area. The temp outside was about48 degrees. I am not sure if this a one off ? But, It really needs to be look into to ensure product reliability.

We love the VPRO Flight! They’re harder and travel faster than the Franklin X40. We’ve played with both, brand new, rotating them into games as a fair test. The X40’s are noticeably slower as they are more flexible and compress more at impact.

I’m very impressed with the durability and higher level play of the VPro.
