TRADEMARKS

You’re also not allowed to use the VULCAN logo or any VULCAN brand or trade mark (or any marks which are colourably similar) without our express permission. (This includes VULCAN ADVANCED LOGIC, VULCAN SPORTING GOODS CO., and VULCAN MAX, to name a few.)

VULCAN does have several registered trademarks, and you are not allowed to use any of them without express written permission.

 

NO LIABILITY

THE USER’S SOLE REMEDY IS TO CEASE USE OF THE SITES. 

We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the Website at any time. These terms and our dealings with you are subject to United States law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the American courts.
