Vulcan Pickleball Shipping Policy
At Vulcan Pickleball, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below, you'll find details on our shipping process, timelines, and options. Please note that shipping policies may vary based on your location, order size, and product availability.
Order Processing Time
- Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Same-Day Shipping: While we strive for efficiency, same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
- Delays: In rare cases, processing may take longer due to high demand, inventory verification, or custom orders. We'll notify you via email if there's any delay.
Shipping Methods and Carriers

Domestic Shipping (United States): We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) for all shipments within the U.S.
- USPS Options: Includes First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Ground Advantage, ideal for smaller packages.
- UPS Options: Includes Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air for faster or larger shipments.
- Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (continental U.S. only; exclusions may apply).
- International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations via USPS and UPS. Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Domestic (U.S.):
- Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground): 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day or Next Day): 1-2 business days after processing.
- International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the USPS or UPS website.
Additional Shipping Information
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim.
- Shipping Restrictions: Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or hazardous materials regulations. These will be noted on the product page.
