Vulcan Pickleball 6-Month Limited Warranty Policy

At Vulcan, our goal is to deliver top-tier pickleball equipment. We back our items with confidence and provide this warranty for your peace of mind. Be sure to review these terms thoroughly to grasp the coverage details.

Warranty Length: Every registered Vulcan paddle bought in the US or Canada includes a 6-MONTH WARRANTY for defects in materials and craftsmanship, beginning on the delivery date and extending for the next 180 days.

Paddles obtained from an external seller require registration within 14 days of buying to activate warranty protection.

Qualification and Purchase Verification: This warranty applies solely to the initial buyer who acquired the product new, and it cannot be passed on to others. For any claim, you'll need to submit purchase evidence like the original invoice, financial records, or card statements.

Warranty eligibility demands that the paddle comes from an approved Vulcan dealer. Products from secondary markets like eBay, social media marketplaces, Craigslist, or unapproved vendors do not qualify.

US and Canada Purchases Only:

Our warranty is limited to items bought or delivered within the United States or Canada. At this time, we cannot extend coverage to overseas orders.

Claim Assessment: Vulcan holds the authority to decide if a paddle meets warranty criteria. Any replacement will inherit the leftover warranty time from the original.

Approved replacements are restricted to an identical product (matching model, dimensions, and shade).

Vulcan may decline requests if indications point to abuse, carelessness, or causes beyond production flaws.

Exclusions: These scenarios and damages fall outside warranty protection-

• Aesthetic Flaws: Everyday color fading, small scuffs, or superficial marks that don't impact functionality.
• Standard Usage Damage: Wear from typical play, including dings on the edge protection, handle deterioration, or general aging signs.
• Abuse or Oversight: Harm from contacting non-pickleball items, poor handling, or careless actions.
• Intentional Harm: Destruction from purposeful or irresponsible behavior, such as slamming the paddle, ground impacts, or rough treatment.
• Alterations: Applying weights to the edge, extra grips, or protective tape is acceptable and won't void coverage. That said, changes to the core structure or surface will invalidate the warranty. Removing or swapping the end cap allows us to refuse claims if handle damage is involved—consider this before customizing.
• Unauthorized Buys: Acquisitions via eBay, online groups, Craigslist, or non-official sources.

Ongoing Warranty for Replacements: A warranty-replaced item carries over the original's remaining coverage duration.
